SINOTRONICS<08115> - Suspension of Trading 

At the request of Sinotronics Holdings Limited (the "Company"), trading in 
its shares will be suspended with effect from 10:00 a.m. today 
(26/3/2002) pending clearance of the Company's announcement in relation to 
the Placing and Subscription Agreement dated 25 March 2002 and entered 
into among the Company, Mr. Lin Wan Qaing (being the substantial 
shareholder and initial management shareholder of the Company) and the 
Placing Agent.
