CHINA DATACAST<08016> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of China Data Broadcasting Holdings Limited (the 
"Company"), trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from 9:30 
a.m. today (27/3/2003) pending an announcement in relation to a possible 
change in control of the Company.
