Remarks:
1. BASIS OF PREPARATION
The principal accounting policies adopted in preparing the unaudited
consolidated results of the Group conform with accounting principles
generally accepted in Hong Kong and accounting standards issued by the
Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
2. LOSS PER SHARE
The calculation of basic loss per share for the six months ended 31st
December, 2004 is based on the loss attributable to shareholders of
HK$4,046,000 (2003: HK$11,119,000) and on the weighted average number
of 5,000,000,000 (2003: 5,000,000,000) shares in issue during the
period.
Diluted loss per share is not presented for the six months ended 31st
December, 2004 and 31st December, 2003 because there were no dilutive
potential shares in existence during the periods.
