Remarks:
1. Basis of preparation
The unaudited consolidated results of the Group have been
prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally
accepted in Hong Kong and the applicable disclosure requirements
of the GEM Listing Rules. They have also been prepared under
the historical cost convention,as modified for the revaluation
of certain fixed assets and financial instruments.
The accounting policies used in preparing the unaudited consolidated
results are consistent with those used in the Group's annual
financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2005.
2. Earnings per share
The calculations of the basic and diluted earnings per share
are based on the following data:

The weighted average number of ordinary shares used in the
calculation of earnings per share for the nine months ended
30 September 2006 has accounted for the issuance of new shares
pursuant to the rights issue which was completed on 10 May 2006.
The corresponding number of ordinary shares for 2005 has
been retrospectively adjusted to reflect the said rights issue.
No diluted earnings per share is presented for the nine months
ended 30 September 2006 because there were no dilutive potential
ordinary shares in existence during the relevant periods.
