QUALITY HEALTH<0593> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Quality HealthCare Asia Limited (the "Company"), trading 
in its securities will be suspended with effect from 10:00 a.m. today 
(25/5/1999) pending an announcement in relation to a top-up placing to be 
conducted by the Company and a further option to acquire assets of some 
elderly care homes.
