CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The name of Orient Resources Group Company Limited (the "Company" has
been changed from "Topstyle International Holdings Limited" to "Orient
Resources Group Company Limited" effective from 30th September 1999.  The
new Chinese name adopted by the Company is "*".

Further to the announcement dated 1st September 1999 of the Company, the
board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the
shareholders of the Company have passed the special resolution to change
the Company's name from Topstyle International Holdings Limited to Orient
Resources Group Company Limited (the "New Name") at the Company's
extraordinary general meeting held on 29th September 1999.  The Registrar
of Companies of the Cayman Islands has issued the certificate of
incorporation on change of name on 30th September 1999 (the "Effective
Date").  The certificate of registration of change of name of oversea
company has been issued by the Registrar of Companies of Hong Kong on 19th
October 1999.  The new Chinese name adopted by the Company is "*" .

The purpose of the change of name of the Company is to reflect the new
focus and diversity of business and investments of the Company.

As from 26th October 1999, share certificates of the Company will be
issued in the New Name.

All existing share certificates in issue bearing the former name of the
Company shall continue to be evidence of title to the shares of the
Company and be valid for trading, settlement and delivery for the same
number of shares in the New Name.  The shareholders of the Company may
submit their existing share certificates in exchange for share
certificates with the New Name at the Company's branch share registrar in
Hong Kong at Secretaries Limited, 5/F., Wing On Centre, 111 Connaught Road
Central, Hong Kong, on payment by the shareholders at a fee of HK$2.50 for
each new certificate issued.
