Remarks:
(1) Following the release of the interim results announcement of the
Company on teletext on 8/5/2001, the Company subsequently notified the
Exchange that due to clerical mistake made by the Company, the Basic
Earnings per Share for the current period should be (3.01 cents) instead
of (3.00 cents).
(2) Accordingly to adoption to HKSSAP 1, certain comparative figure has
been reclassified to conform with current year's presentation.
