("Euro-Asia Agricultural")(stock code: 932):-

Wise Capital investments Limited has reported a decrease in its interests 
in Euro-Asia Agricultural by 81,888,000 shares.  Yang Bin, a director of  
Euro-Asia Agricultural, has reported a decrease in his interests by the 
same amount as a result of deemed interests held through Wise Capital 
Investments Limited.
