Gigalink Group Limited has reported a decrease in its interests in
China SP Fibre by 24,908,000 shares. Chen Shunli, a director of China SP 
Fibre, has reported a decrease in his interests by the same amount as a 
result of deemed interests held through Gigalink Group Limited.
