PME<00379> - Amendment to Results Announcement (Advised by PME)

The Stock Exchange has received a message from PME Group Limited which is 
reproduced as follows:-

"We refer to the Results Announcement Form (the "Form") dated 23 September 
2003 in respect of the Group's Interim Results for the six months ended 30 
June 2003, there was a typing error in the Form due to clerical mistake. 

The book closing date for the interim dividend should be from 22 October 
2003 to 28 October 2003 (both dates inclusive), instead of from 22 October 
2003 to 24 October 2003."
