Market participants are requested to note that the name of Vanda Systems & 
Communications Holdings Limited has been changed to "Hutchison Global 
Communications Holdings Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its 
ordinary shares (stock code: 757) will also be changed to "HGC HOLDINGS" 
with effect from Thursday, 01/04/2004.
