The Stock Exchange has received a message from Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd
which is reproduced as follows:-

"We refer to our Results Announcement Form published on the HKEx website
 on 23rd August 2004 (the "Summary").

Kindly be notified that the following rectification shall be made to the 
Summary due to typographical error:
