Market participants are requested to note that the name of New 
Asia Realty and Trust Company, Limited has been changed to 
"Wheelock Properties Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name 
of its ordinary shares (stock code: 49) will also be changed to 
"WHEELOCK PPT" with effect from Wednesday, 8/9/2004.
