Market participants are requested to note that the name of China Bio-
Medical Group Limited has been changed to "Sanyuan Group Limited". 
Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 140) 
will also be changed to "SANYUAN GROUP" with effect from Thursday, 
21/10/2004.
