SANYUAN GROUP<00140> - Change of Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the name of China Bio-
Medical Group Limited has been changed to "Sanyuan Group Limited". 
Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 140) 
has also been changed to "SANYUAN GROUP" with effect from today
(21/10/2004).
