KWONG SANG HONG<00189> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of The Kwong Sang Hong International Limited (the 
"Company"), trading in its shares will be suspended with effect 
from 9:30 a.m. today (2/11/2004) pending the release of an 
announcement relating to a privatisation proposal of the Company.
