CHINA RES CMENT<00712> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of China Resources Cement Holdings Limited, trading in its 
shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (30/11/2004) 
pending the release of an announcement in relation to the proposed major 
transaction and connected transaction.
