The Provisional Liquidators of 401 Holdings Limited (stock code: 401) (the 
"Company") has notified the Exchange that a meeting to approve the final 
results for the year ended 31st March, 2004 and the interim results for 
the six months ended 30 September, 2004 of the Company will be held on
15th February, 2005.
