At the request of Moulin International Holdings Limited (the "Company"),
trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today
(4/2/2005) pending an announcement to be made by the Company in connection 
with a proposed placing of existing Shares and subscription for new 
shares.
