MOULIN INT'L<00389> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Moulin International Holdings Limited (the "Company"), 
trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today 
(21/2/2005) pending an announcement to be made by the Company in 
connection with an issue of convertible bonds and a placing of existing 
Shares and subscription for new shares.
