The Provisional Liquidators of 401 Holdings Limited (stock code: 401) (the 
"Company") has notified the Exchange that a meeting to approve the final 
results for the year ended 31st March, 2005 of the Company originally 
scheduled on 18th May 2005 has been postponed until further notice.
