Remarks:

1) The calculation of basic earnings per share is based 
on the Group's profit attributable to shareholders 
of HK$76,395,000 (2004: HK$66,090,000) and the 
weighted average number of 254,530,000 (2004: 254,530,000) 
ordinary shares in issue during the year.

There is no diluted earnings per share since the 
Company has no dilutive potential ordinary share.
