SENYUAN INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED<03333> - Announcement
The Stock Exchange has received a message from Senyuan International
Holdings Limited, a new listing applicant, which is reproduced as follows
:-
"Announcement of the level of indications of interest 2005
in the Placing, the results of the applications in respect of
the Public Offer and the basis of allotment of
the Public Offer Shares to be published in
South China Morning Post (in English) and Hong Kong
Economic Times (in Chinese) on or before Friday, 8 July
Despatch/collection of share certificates and/or refund
cheques in respect of wholly or partially unsuccessful
applications on or before Friday, 8 July
Dealings in the Shares on the main board of the
Stock Exchange to commence on Monday, 11 July
Applicants who have applied on WHITE application forms for 1,000,000
Public Offer Shares or more and have indicated in their application forms
that they wish to collect their share certificates and/or refund cheques
(if any) in person may collect them in person from our Company's Hong Kong
branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited at Ground Floor,
Bank of East Asia Harbour View Centre, 56 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong
Kong from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the date notified by our Company in
South China Morning Post (in English) and Hong Kong Economic Times (in
Chinese) as at the date of despatch of share certificates and refund
cheques, which is expected to be on 8 July 2005.
Applicants who have applied on YELLOW application forms for 1,000,000
Public Offer Shares or more may elect to collect their refund cheques (if
any) in person but may not elect to collect their share certificates,
which will be deposited into CCASS for credit to their designated CCASS
investor participant stock accounts or the stock accounts of the
designated CCASS participants (as appropriate). The procedures for the
collection of refund cheques for YELLOW application form applicants are
the same as those for WHITE application form applicants.
Uncollected share certificates and/or refund cheques (if any) will be
despatched by ordinary post at the applicants' own risk to the addresses
specified in the relevant application forms promptly after the expiry of
the time for their collection.
