Market participants are requested to note that dealings in the shares 
of Panva Gas Holdings Limited (the "Company") (stock code: 8132) will 
cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 07/12/2005 and listing 
of which will be withdrawn on the Growth Enterprise Market with effect 
from 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, 08/12/2005.
