CHINA RES CMENT<00712> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of China Resources Cement Holdings Limited, trading in its 
shares and debt security has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. 
today (29/3/2006) pending an announcement relating to proposals to be made 
to the shareholders and bondholders.
