ZIJIN MINING<02899> - Amendment to Results Announcement (Advised by ZIJIN MINING)

The Stock Exchange has received a message from Zijin Mining Group Co., 
Ltd. which is reproduced as follows:-

"With reference to the results announcement form submitted to HKEx by the 
Company on 29 March 2006, the Company would like to inform that due 
to a clerical error, the description for "Other Distribution for Current 
Period" and "B/C Dates for Other Distribution" for the 31 December 2005 
annual results should be "Additional 10 ordinary shares for each 10 
ordinary shares" and "18/4/2006 to 17/5/2006", instead of "N/A" 
and "N/A" respectively."
