CHINA RES CMENT<00712> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of China Resources Cement Holdings Limited (the
"Company"), trading in its shares and the convertible bonds (stock code: 
2512) will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (15/6/2006) 
pending an announcement in relation to the results of the Court Meeting 
and the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company.
