SENYUAN INT'L<03333> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Senyuan International Holdings Limited, trading in its 
shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (21/8/2006) 
pending the issue of an announcement in relation to a voluntary 
conditional cash offer.
