Market participants are requested to note that listing of the Zero Coupon 
Guaranteed Convertible Bonds due 2010 issued by China Resources Cement 
Finance Limited (the "Issuer") (stock code: 2512) will be withdrawn after 
the close of the business on Wednesday, 23/08/2006.
