SNP LEEFUNG<00623> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of SNP Leefung Holdings Limited, trading in its shares will 
be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (6/9/2006) pending the 
release of an announcement in relation to the result of a court meeting 
regarding a proposed privatisation to be held on 6th September, 2006.
