SENYUAN INT'L<03333> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Senyuan International Holdings Limited (the
"Company"), trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from
9:30a.m. today (9/10/2006) pending the withdrawal of listing of the 
Company's Shares from the Stock Exchange following completion of the 
Compulsory Acquisition.
