The Stock Exchange has received a message from Goldwiz Holdings Limited
which is reproduced as follows:-

"With reference to the result announcement from submitted on 6 November 
2006, please be informed that there were mistakes due to clerical error in 
the explanatory note 2 as follows:

Impairment loss of available-for-sales of securities for the year ended 
31 March 2006 should be "HKD 77,730,000" instead of "HKD 78,843,000"."
