GOLDWIZ HOLD<00586> - Amendment to Results Announcement (Advised by GOLDWIZ HOLD)

The Stock Exchange has received a message from Goldwiz Holdings Limited
which is reproduced as follows:-

"With reference to the result announcement form submitted on 6 November 
2006, please be informed that there were further mistakes due to omissions 
in the explanatory note 2 as follows:

Direct operating expenses of hotel property for the year ended 31 March 
2006 should be HKD 20,248,000 (2005: HKD 21,315,000).

Impairment loss of the amounts due from investee companies for the year 
ended 31 March 2006 should be HKD 1,113,000 (2005: HKD Nil)."
