WINSOR IND<00098> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Winsor Industrial Corporation, Limited 
(the "Company"), trading in its shares has been suspended with 
effect from 9:30 a.m. today (13/11/2006) pending the release of an 
announcement in relation to the results of a court meeting and an 
extraordinary general meeting of the Comapny relating to the proposed 
privatisation of the Company to be held on 13 November 2006.
