At the request of Saint Honore Holdings Limited and Hong Kong Catering 
Management Limited, trading in their shares have been suspended with 
effect from 10:00 a.m. today (14/11/2006) pending the possible release of 
an announcement in relation to a possible corporate transaction that the 
board considered to be of a price sensitive nature.
