CIFH<00183> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited, trading 
in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today 
(22/11/2006) pending the issue of an announcement regarding a proposed 
subscription of shares, very substantial acquisition and connected 
transaction.

Accordingly, the following derivative warrants relating to the
Company has been suspended:-
