The Stock Exchange has received a message from BALtrans Holdings Limited 
(the "Company") which is reproduced as follows:-

"With reference to the Company's result announcement form for the year 
ended 31 July 2006 submitted to the Exchange on 23 November 2006, the 
Company would like to inform that:

Due to clerical error, the payable date of the final dividend was 
mistakenly stated as "6 January 2007" which should read 9 January 2007"
