CNAC<01110> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of China National Aviation Company Limited (the
"Company"), trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from
9:30 a.m. today (15/12/2006) pending the release of an announcement 
relating to the results of the Court Meeting and the Extraordinary General 
Meeting regarding the proposed privatization of the Company by Air China 
Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement.
