SAINT HONORE<00192> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Saint Honore Holdings Limited (the "Company"), trading
in its shares will be suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today
(25/1/2007) pending the release of an announcement regarding the results 
of the Court Meeting and the Special General Meeting on 25 January 2007 in 
connection with the proposed takeover by Convenience Retail Asia Limited 
of the Company by way of a scheme of arrangement under section 99 of the 
Companies Act of Bermuda.
