PAC CENTURY INS<00065> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Pacific Century Insurance Holdings Limited (the 
"Company"), trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 
a.m. today (12/6/2007) until the withdrawal of the listing of the 
Company's shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited following 
completion of the compulsory acquisition.
