MIRABELL INT'L<01179> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Mirabell International Holdings Limited, trading in its 
shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today (20/6/2007) 
pending the release of an announcement of a proposed distribution in 
specie, which is price sensitive in nature.
